The City of Pelham is pleased to announce the release of this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Lead & Copper Rule Compliance Assistance. In January 2021, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) updated the Clean Water Act to include new provisions for the control and elimination of lead and copper in drinking water, known as the Lead and Copper Rule Revision (LCRR).
